In a secret land long lost, where the wind blows in wicked willow trees and the air is alive with music - Blues, Jazz, Rock, Hip-Hop - stands The Dancing Mountains. Wise shamans from a tribe of thirsty ancient peoples foresaw this mountains’ rivers, creeks and streams overflowing with delicious, ice-cold, thirst-quenching beer. Well, the shamans were right, and after a perilous journey they found it, the mecca of all beer.
Beers once lost to time now flow forward in this clandestine Nirvana - if only you can find it.
Microbrews
CellarBier
Brewed in a secret and complex web of mountain tunnels, CellarBier seeks to emulate the excellency that originated with the first Kellarbier in Franconia, Germany. Boasting a beautiful golden color, and an off white foam, this beer goes down easy as run-off.
Nerdy Goose (Gose)
Satisfy your sweet tooth with the Nerdy Goose. An errant incantation cast by the shamans in the light of a full moon granted their sacrificial goose the ability to lay Nerds. These Nerds were added to the ‘Gose’ river, and voila!, the Nerdy Goose was born.
Sunburnt
Occasionally the Dancing Mountains are vacated for a beach day. This is the product of those beach days - a Mexican lager with a tangy, citrus-forward bite.
Buncle’s Dunkel
Even ancient peoples have hop-obsessed uncles loaded with tasteless jokes. Keep your somewhat likable “B(est) Uncle” satisfied, and silent, with this take on a Dunkel Weiz. A dark beer with a light body.
The Irish
Enter (unexpectedly) the Leprechaun. This little green creature torments the mountainside, imparting malt, rye, and cocoa to the rivers.
Jackie Brown
Like settling in to a warm, worn, large leather couch. Get drunk off comfort. Brown ale made with just a dash of whiskey - Jackie Brown you sneaky devil.
IPA Ice
Ice-cold IPA from the ice-cold Dancing Mountains waterfall - need I say more?
Cave Cask
Cask (noun): A strong wooden barrel used mainly to hold alcoholic drink.
Wrong. Cask (beer): English. Strong. Bitter
Clearvoyance
A light American lager guaranteed to help you see the future. Well, one future. You, face down on the couch, snoring, with your hand in a bag of potato chips.
Steam
Hot springs of the Dancing Mountains have been steaming this beauty for the last 127 years. A homage to Anchor Brewing, the first craft brewery - on behalf of classy drinkers everywhere, thank you.
White Caps
Only true alpine extremists have bottled this delicacy from the source. An ordinary American Blonde Ale, from a not so ordinary place. Double-Toasted, Double Trouble, Double-ABV.
Zoigle
A community brew - this tradition dates back 500 years to Bavaria, Germany. Say the magic word: Zoigle!
